The Modern Muses exhibit of photography by rock singer and recording artist Bryan Adams opened this week at the National Portrait Gallery in London. The subjects of the exhibition are twenty-one outstanding women from different fields of achievement, including arts, charities and business, as chosen by exhibition sponsor BlackBerry, the National Portrait Gallery, and Bryan Adams. Among the names included are ballerina Darcy Bussell, singer Annie Lennox, fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, and actress Anne Marie Duff. The image posted here is Annie Lennox by Bryan Adams.

Bryan Adams has established himself as a well respected photographer. He has had exhibits of his photographs throughout the world and his photographs have been published in a number of magazines. In addition, Adams has published two books of his photography: Made in Canada & American Women.
