Drawings, Paintings, and Sketches by Michael Jackson up for Auction

Charlie Chaplin painting by Michael JacksonJulien's Auctions Music Icons auction includes several pieces of original artwork by Michael Jackson. The image posted here is a painting of Charlie Chaplin, said to have been created by Michael when he was 9 years-old. Other art pieces in the auction include other drawings and sketches done by Michael Jackson as a child, as well as some that he did when he was older, such as the drawing of Frankenstein shown below. According to the auction item description, that one was created when Michael was filming the movie The Wiz

Two original art pieces by Michael Jackson auctioned by Julien's Auctions in June 2009 sold for more than $20,000 each.
