Marilyn Manson Paintings at Art Basel Miami

The artwork of "shock rocker" Marilyn Manson, will be exhibited for the first time in the U.S. in December 2008 during Art Basel Miami. The exhibition of more than twenty paintings is presented by the Cologne, Germany based Galerie Brigitte Schenk in cooperation with 101 Exhibit, a new art space in Miami’s design district. The exhibit titled Trismegistus features Manson’s paintings from the past eight years. The show opens December 5, 2008 at 101 NE 40th Street, Miami and runs through February 20, 2009. A vernissage (opening reception) will be held December 5, 7-9 pm. Read more at Berlinista.com.
