Photographs by Julian Lennon on Exhibit in New York

Musician and songwriter Julian Lennon, the oldest son of Beatles great, John Lennon, will exhibit a collection of his portraiture and landscape photography. This premiere exhibition of Julian Lennon’s photographs will open to the public at the Morrison Hotel Gallery Bowery New York City location on September 17, 2010 and continue through October 7, 2010. There will also be a private release party on September 16 (contact the gallery for more information). The exhibit titled Timeless, is curated by photographer Timothy White and sponsored by Lennon’s charity, The White Feather Foundation, Duggal Visual Solutions Inc., and Canson Inc.

The exhibit will include Julian Lennon’s landscape work, photographs taken of U2 as they recorded their latest album, as well as photographs of his brother Sean Lennon’s tour.

Sean Lennon’s website includes a gallery of photos of his 2007 tour taken by Julian (see screen shot below).
