Actor and artist Pierce Brosnan has created artwork for the new California Spay & Neuter License plate. The plate is sponsored by the California Veterinary Medical Board and the proceeds will provide funding for free or low-cost spay & neuter surgeries across California, and also help raise awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering.
The license plate artwork is based on a painting of Shilo the dog and Coco the cat, two of the animals Pierce and his wife Keely have adopted. He says that the piece is called Wise Dog & Cool Cat.
